Nassau County Fourth Squad detectives reported a burglary that occurred at a smoke shop in Oceanside.
On August 16, officers responded to a burglary at the Oceanside Star Bazzar Vape and Cigar Shop, located at 2947 Long Beach Road, at 12:19 a.m. Upon arrival, it was determined that two unknown male subjects broke the front glass door and entered the location. Further investigation revealed the subjects removed an unknown amount of assorted vape products before fleeing the scene on foot eastbound on Atlantic Avenue. The investigation is ongoing.
The first subject is described as a white male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a grey t-shirt with a green logo, black pants, black socks and a black face mask.
The second subject is described as a male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a black mask.
