A Valley Stream man was arrested for allegedly burglarizing a residence.
On July 14 at 9:00 a.m., Muneshwer Udit, 53, allegedly entered a Valley Stream residence unlawfully. Once inside, he allegedly removed assorted items before fleeing the scene. After an extensive investigation was conducted, the defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident.
Police charged Udit with Burglary in the Second Degree and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. He will be arraigned on July 15 at First District Court in Hempstead.
