A Valley Stream man was arrested after he was allegedly involved in a dispute with a neighbor.
On July 3 at 8:14 p.m., Nassau County police officers responded to a residence for a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, it was determined that the defendant, Nicholas Stolz, 46, allegedly sprayed a chemical substance at a neighboring home during a 4th of July BBQ. After a thorough investigation, Stolz was placed under arrest without incident.
The victims were transported to local area hospitals for evaluation and treatment. The victims are in stable condition.
Police charged Stolz with seven counts of Assault in the Third Degree and four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He is scheduled to be arraigned on July 4 at First District Court in Hempstead.
