Pennsylvania Man Arrested for Burglary

A Pennsylvania man was arrested for a string of burglaries in Nassau County.

Between July 11, 2025 and May 23, 2026, Reginald Engram, 60, of 1136 East 4th Street in Bethlehem, allegedly unlawfully entered multiple residences throughout Nassau County. Once inside the residences, the defendant allegedly removed assorted jewelry. After an extensive investigation, Engram was located in New Hyde Park on July 24, 2026 at 9:30 p.m., and after a brief foot pursuit, was placed under arrest without further incident. The defendant was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation and treatment.

Police charged Engram with six counts of Burglary in the Second Degree, Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief and Possession of Burglar Tools. He will be arraigned when medically practical.
