Pair Arrested for Burglary

Two people from Queens were arrested for allegedly burglarizing a Great Neck residence back in March.

On March 26, Ricardo Gomez Millan, 45, and Angelica July Rojas Rojas, 42, allegedly unlawfully entered a Great Neck residence. Once inside, the subjects allegedly removed assorted designer handbags, alcohol, a camera and cash. On May 22 at 3 p.m., after an extensive investigation, the defendants were both located and placed under arrest without incident.

Police charged Gomez Millan with Burglary in the Second Degree. He is also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Rojas Rojas is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree. Further investigation revealed the defendants are both illegally in the United States and are subject to removal proceedings.

Both defendants were arraigned on May 23 at First District Court in Hempstead.
