A North Bellmore man was arrested for allegedly exposing himself in a Mineola parking garage.
On July 28 at 5:24 p.m., Zhisheng Xu, 27, was reportedly observed entering the Harrison Avenue Parking Garage, located at 200 1St Street, and allegedly exposing himself and touching his genitals in public view. The defendant was located and placed under arrest without incident. Further investigation revealed that Xu committed similar incidents at the same location on July 3 and July 8.
Police charged Xu with three counts of Public Lewdness and three counts of Exposure of a Person. He was issued an Appearance Ticket returnable on August 13 at First District Court in Hempstead.
