Suffolk County Police arrested a man for allegedly sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl he met on social media.
Special Victims Section detectives received a tip that a 12-year-old girl had been sexually abused by a man she met on social media. Following an investigation, it was determined Jonathan Pak allegedly sexually abused the girl in a van in a parking lot on Crooked Hill Road in Commack in December 2025. Pak used Snapchat under the username “loudesttwhisper” where he also goes by “Jason” to contact the victim.
Pak, 33, of Hauppauge, turned himself in at the Fourth Precinct on July 16 and was charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree and one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned on July 17 at First District Court in Central Islip.
