A Valley Stream man has been arrested after he allegedly stole a safe from a business in Cedarhurst.
On June 25, an unknown subject allegedly entered Jildor Shoes, located at 473 Central Avenue, and allegedly removed a large safe containing cash before fleeing the scene. After conducting an extensive investigation, Frank Cirillo, 54, was located and placed under arrest on July 14 without further incident.
Police charged Cirillo with Burglary in the Third Degree. He will be arraigned on July 15 at First District Court in Hempstead.
