Suffolk County Police arrested a woman during an underage alcohol sale operation at a gas station in Eastport.
In response to community complaints, Seventh Precinct Crime Section officers conducted an underage alcohol sale operation at a Mobil gas station, located at 520 Montauk Highway, on August 22 at approximately 9:35 a.m.
During the operation, an underage police agent was allegedly sold an alcoholic beverage by an employee. Filiz Kahraman was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree.
Kahraman, 54, of Wading River, was issued a Desk Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip at a later date.
