Two people were arrested after continued complaints from patrons at a Rockville Centre spa.

According to Nassau County detectives from the First Squad and the Narcotics/Vice Squad, a female victim, 32, while at Kokoro Wellness, located at 78 N. Police charged Unneland with four counts of Unlawful Surveillance in the Second Degree. He was scheduled to be arraigned on May 23 at First District Court in Hempstead.

Further investigation revealed that illegal massages were also being conducted at this location. Narcotics/Vice Squad Detectives placed Daniela Cespedes Almonacid, 35, of Corona, under arrest without incident.

Cespedes Almonacid is charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession. She was released on an Appearance Ticket. Further investigation revealed the defendant is illegally in the United States and is subject to removal proceedings. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) took custody of the defendant.
