Suffolk County Police last night cited the owner of a Melville nightclub during an State Liquor Authority (SLA) Inspection.
In response to a community complaint, Second Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with the Human Trafficking Unit, New York State Liquor Authority, Town of Huntington Fire Marshal, and Town of Huntington Ordinance Inspector, conducted an SLA Inspection at Gossip Night Club, located at 602 Broad Hollow Road, on May 8 at 11:35 p.m.
The owner, Brian Rosenberg, 61, of 320 Endo Blvd., Unit 2, Garden City, was issued five ABC Law violations. The Town of Huntington Fire Marshal issued seven Fire Code Violations to the establishment. The SLA observed several violations and will be conducting a further investigation into the establishment.
The arrestee is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on May 29.
