On June 14, Brookhaven Town Supervisor Dan Panico and Councilwoman Karen Dunne Kesnig joined members of the Chamber of Commerce of the Moriches, Suffolk County Legislator Jim Mazzarella, and local residents to celebrate the grand opening of Red Rocket Roasters Coffee with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Main Street in Center Moriches.
Often described as one of Brookhaven’s most caffeinated hamlets per capita, Center Moriches welcomed its newest coffee destination during the community’s annual Spring Fair. Red Rocket Roasters Coffee is owned and operated by Manor Park residents Frank and Alah Dolan, who pride themselves on offering fresh, authentic coffee and bakery products.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the business’s official welcome to the Center Moriches community and highlighted the continued growth and vitality of Main Street. Panico and Dunne Kesnig joined community leaders, business owners, and residents in celebrating the opening and wishing the Dolans success in their new venture.
