Suffolk County Police last night cited the bartender at a Hauppauge pool hall and sports bar during a State Liquor Authority (SLA) Inspection.
In response to numerous community complaints, Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers, in conjunction with New York State Liquor Authority and the Town of Smithtown Fire Marshal, conducted an SLA Inspection at Felt / 1823 Bar & Lounge, located at 573 Smithtown Bypass, on July 3 at 10:35 p.m.
During the inspection, numerous SLA violations were observed.
The bartender, Ethan Semevolos-Bullock, 29, of Kings Park, was issued a Field Appearance Ticket for two counts of Unlawful Dealing with a Child in the First Degree.
New York State Liquor Authority cited several violations and issued summonses.
The Town of Smithtown Fire Marshal observed numerous electrical and fire code violations and deemed the location to be unsafe for human occupancy.
