Suffolk County Police today arrested a woman during an underage alcoholic sale operation at a store in Shirley.
In response to community complaints, Seventh Precinct Criminal Investigative Unit officers conducted an underage alcoholic sale operation at V&W Parkway Deli, located at 431 William Floyd Parkway, on August 26 at approximately 3:10 p.m. During the operation, an underage police agent was allegedly sold an alcoholic beverage by an employee. Leydi Molina Flores was arrested and charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the First Degree.
Molina Flores, 37, of Hampton Bays, was issued a Field Appearance Ticket and is scheduled to appear at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.
