A gas station from Elmont was arrested for allegedly selling flavored vape prodcuts.
On September 8 at 5:20 p.m., Nassau County police officers conducted an investigation targeting the sale of flavored vape products being sold at the Valero Gas Station located at 758 Franklin Avenue in Valley Stream. During the investigation, officers reportedly observed a large quantity of flavored vape products, Kratom and assorted Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products displayed for sale.
As a result of the investigation, Amritpreet Singh, 18, of 1326 Standard Avenue was placed under arrest. He is charged with Sale of Restricted Products, Sale of Flavored Products Prohibited, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, Unlicensed Cannabis Sale and Disorderly Premise. He was scheduled to be arraigned on September 9 at First District Court in Hempstead.
