Nassau County Legislature Alternate Deputy Minority Leader Debra Mulé (D-Freeport) joined the Freeport Chamber of Commerce and elected officials on July 17 for a ribbon-cutting celebration at 7-Eleven on Guy Lombardo Avenue in Freeport.
Mulé presented a Nassau County Legislature Citation to new owners Khawaja and Umaima Ali as part of the festivities.
“All across Nassau County, small business owners are achieving their dreams, creating opportunities for others, and strengthening the fabric of the communities they serve,” Mulé said. “It was a pleasure to welcome Khawaja and Umaima to Freeport and wish them tremendous success for many years to come!”
