Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist in Shoreham this morning.
Daniel Austin was riding a 2024 Honda southbound on William Floyd Parkway on August 1 when he lost control and was ejected from his motorcycle at approximately 1:05 a.m. Austin, 23, of Mastic Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The motorcycle was impounded for a safety check.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on the crash to call Seventh Squad detectives at 631- 852-8752.
