Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are investigating a motor vehicle crash that seriously injured a woman.
On August 18 at approximately 1:25 p.m., Roger Liburd was driving a 2019 Ford delivery truck southbound on Lake Drive, when the vehicle struck an electric scooter, operated by Jennifer Keene, traveling eastbound on Lake Drive.
Keene, 49, of Medford, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries. Liburd, 47, of Hempstead, was not injured.
