Suffolk County Police Seventh Squad detectives are investigating a single-vehicle crash that killed a man in Manorville.
On April 24, Julio Borges was driving a 2007 Volkswagen westbound in the westbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway when he lost control and drove into the woods on the side of the road near exit 69 at 5:41 p.m.
Borges, 32, of Bellport, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
The vehicle was impounded for a safety check. Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to contact the Seventh Squad at 631-852-8752.
