We built the Erie Canal and the Panama Canal. We should build a canal through the U.A.E. peninsula, way north of Dubai and south of the tip of the peninsula.
This would take ships away from Iranian waters and take away Iran’s power to control shipping traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, because shipping traffic wouldn’t go through the strait!
